Your role and responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. This individual will lead cross-functional Scrum teams, ensuring effective collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-quality software delivery. Responsibilities: - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress, ensuring smooth workflow and continuous improvement. - Coach the development team on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and related best practices. - Foster a culture of transparency, inspection, and adaptation within the team. - Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters to ensure alignment and effective communication. Required technical and professional expertise - Proven experience in Agile project management and Scrum framework. Showing experience of playing the Scrum Master role for a software development team diligently applying Scrum principles practices and theory. - Strong facilitation and coaching skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities. - Certification in Scrum or equivalent. - Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership facilitation situational awareness conflict resolution continual improvement empowerment and increasing transparency - Knowledge of numerous well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques numerous Retrospective formats handling bugs etc) Preferred technical and professional experience - Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP Kanban etc - Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques - Experience with Agile tools and platforms (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps). - Knowledge of complementary Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean). - Familiarity with software development methodologies and practices. - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Passion for Agile values and continuous improvement.
