Are you an organised, proactive individual looking to play a vital role in a dynamic Sales and Commercial team? Coopers Fire is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing team and help drive the efficient processing and management of Sales Orders.
About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the Sales Support Coordinator will work closely with the Sales Team and Commercial Assistant to ensure a seamless flow of communication and operations between departments.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Processing of all new UK & Export sales orders.
* Ensure all paperwork is correct and completed with all required information on the handover cover sheet.
* Enter all information on to the CRM system updating an Opportunity to a Project to a Contract.
* Update the installation days on the CRM System.
* Create and issue Order Acknowledgement Letters to the customers confirming receipt of order.
* Create CAD folders on the system for new projects, complete the Point of Order, Create Project Diary from the Quotation and save here along with the customer Quote and costings.
* Update the Project Review spreadsheet for all new projects for both UK and Export.
* Keep a monthly summary of all orders processed.
* Complete Pre-Qualifying Questionnaires
* Register, administer and manage the Project Review spreadsheet, ensuring all details are inputted, correct and up to date, including recording the receipt of the official Sub-Contract Order such that it can be reviewed by the Commercial Team and signed as required.
* Send New Project Information to the UK Contracts Assistant once payment has been received.
* Ensure that a helpful and positive attitude is conveyed to our Clients, Colleagues and suppliers always, and that all requests are either actioned or passed to the appropriate person within the company.
* Plan to ensure that workload is co-ordinated and finished precisely and in a timely manner.
* Work alongside the Commercial Assistant for support as required.
