We'll help you succeed
Our clients trust us for the quality of our advice, which stems from understanding their business deeply. This understanding comes from working closely with clients and building long-term relationships.
You should be proactive, managing your tasks independently, yet confident collaborating with peers, Directors, and Partners to serve clients effectively. You'll be encouraged to identify and develop new business opportunities, contributing to team growth and improved client service. We are looking for someone with:
* An up-to-date, in-depth knowledge of taxation and experience advising entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses, and PE-backed groups.
* Experience advising on M&A transactions, including tax structuring, due diligence, buy-side, and sell-side activities.
* Experience managing a client portfolio, including onboarding, engagement, billing, and identifying opportunities for recovery and cash collection.
* Ability to provide Corporation Tax Compliance and Advisory services to a diverse range of clients, utilizing shared service teams or technology tools.
* An active interest in developing the team technically and commercially through effective delegation and role modeling.
* An understanding of potential risks related to the firm's quality control procedures.
* Experience leading complex projects and handling complex tax issues.
* Education to degree level and/or CTA, ACA qualification, or equivalent.
