Senior National Account Manager - Major Retailers UK
Home based role with 2 days per week in London office
£60-70k + package
Alexander Steele are working in partnership with a growing European Food Group. They supply major retailers with high quality branded and private label food products.
Role summary:
The Commercial team are looking to add a SNAM to their team. The role provides the opportunity to take full P&L responsibility for major retailers.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare annual budgets of volumes, selling prices, costs and margins by line or by account, for inclusion in the annual company business plan.
* Prepare Annual Individual Account plans, aligned to the Core Channel Objectives and execute on time and in full.
* Produce and maintain a matrix of gains, losses and active opportunities, with specific timelines of achievement.
* Regular updates with the Head of Channel to review progress and ensure appropriate action and focus is being applied.
* Ensure that all customer quotes satisfy company margin requirements
Experience and Qualifications:
* FMCG industry experience, ideally food manufacturing retail national accounts.
* Understanding of private label products.
* Strong numeracy, analytical, problem solving and customer facing skills.
