Admissions & Enrolment Manager - Bournemouth - Temp - £25.00 per hour
An experienced Admissions & Enrolment Manager is urgently required to join a busy and fast-paced admissions environment in Bournemouth. This is a key leadership role focused on overseeing the entire admissions and enrolment process.
You will lead a team and ensure an efficient, customer-focused admissions service that meets recruitment goals. Proven experience in managing or working within an admissions function is essential.
What you will be doing:
1. Lead and support the Admissions & Enrolment team, including training, development, and performance reviews
2. Manage the full admissions process from enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring timely and accurate handling of applications
3. Maintain and update policies, procedures, and qualification equivalencies to support consistent and accurate decision-making - experience of working in admissions is required
4. Regularly review systems and processes to maximise operational efficiency and ensure an excellent applicant experience
5. Produce and maintain clear, up-to-date applicant communications, including entry requirements and application guidance
6. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders (e.g. UCAS, UKVI, DBS, UKCISA, NARIC) to ensure compliance and smooth operations
