Osprey Court Care Home offers a standout opportunity for an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a newly opened, purpose-built 60-bed luxury care home and shape it into a high-performing, market-leading service. Located in Pitcrocknie Village near Alyth, Osprey Court delivers high-quality Nursing and Dementia care within a modern, thoughtfully designed environment focused on comfort, wellbeing and truly person-centred care. Opened in December 2025, the home is already operational with further growth planned. The next phase is critical; driving occupancy, strengthening the team and embedding consistently high standards. This is a role for a proven leader who can take ownership, build momentum and establish Osprey Court as a leading care home within the region.
Role
* Care Home Manager – Osprey Court Care Home, Alyth, Perth & Kinross
* Contract: Full Time • Salary: up to £65,000 • 40 hours per week • Shift: Days
* Benefits: Up to £65,000 + 40% Bonus + Private Medical Insurance + Pension; 5.6 weeks annual leave
