Job Title: Injection Moulding Setter
Location: Coventry
Shift : Nights Mon-Wed 16:45 – 06:15 (13 hrs shift)
Salary: £36, 000 on days for three months’ probation/ training
£39,000 on nights with shift allowance
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
We’re looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join a fast paced manufacturing team. You’ll be setting, operating and maintaining machines, keeping production running smoothly while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Duties of the Role:
* Setting and running injection moulding machines
* Installing/removing mould tools
* Troubleshooting production issues
* Carrying out routine maintenance
* Supporting TPM and continuous improvement
* Maintaining 5S and good housekeeping
* Running new tool trials
* Working closely with engineers and quality teams
* Ensuring smooth shift handovers
Desired Experience:
* Strong mould tool knowledge
* Experience with Fanuc robots
* Twin-shot / Borche machine experience (advantageous)
* Familiar with engineering polymers
* Good mechanical skills and attention to detail
* Team player with solid communication
* Strong health & safety awareness
