Job Description:
Teaching Personnel is currently seeking supply teachers to work on a temporary, part-time basis in Leicestershire, East Midlands. As a supply teacher, you will have the flexibility to work around your commitments, with morning, afternoon, and full-day bookings available. The role offers a competitive daily rate of £120 - £211.96.
We work with both primary and secondary mainstream schools but we also have work available in special educational schools.
Job Duties:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students of varying ages and abilities
Follow the school's curriculum and lesson plans
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
Provide feedback to regular classroom teachers on student progress
Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
Required Qualifications:
PGCE, Bachelor of Education, or equivalent teaching qualification
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Previous experience in a teaching role is preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of educational principles and classroom management techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional training or certifications in specific subject areas
Working Conditions:
Part-time hours with flexibility in scheduling
Travel may be required to different school locations within Leicestershire

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
