The Generative Business Services Executive (GBSE) and Offer Lead is a senior level executive role that will drive the next generation of thought leadership, offer development, and market facing activity for Capgemini BSv. Leading across all BSv Practices, and working in close collaboration with other parts of the Group (e.g. Invent, PBS, I&D) to drive a joint value proposition, the GBSE will seek to drive and secure the strategic goals and objectives for key clients of Capgemini in the rapidly transforming Global Business / Shared Service and Generative AI space. As the face of Capgemini for C-level client stakeholders, the GBSE is expected to represent and to secure our client’s brand with their customers, stakeholders, and investors (NPS, other customer experience programs). GBSE Leader’s mission is to help our clients reinvent their GBS model. Primarily, the GBSE will drive a technology and GenAI transformation as a major force to delivery the next generation of services and business outcomes. The GBSE key success factors include people transformation, process excellence, technology adoption, and data-driven business insights leading to industry best practice performace. As such, the role expectation is to build strong client partnerships in both advisory (project and consulting) and Managed Services (including pull through) while supporting sustainable growth and proactive orchestration of the Group assets to maximize the business impact for our clients and for Capgemini.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your role
The specific job responsibilities of GBSE vary depending on the client i.e., company and industry specifics, but typically include:
1. Defining and delivering the latest global offer, assets, and capabilities across Bsv Practices (Intelligent Finance and Accounting Operations, Supply Chain, People Operations, Customer Operations and Intelligent Automation IFAO, ISCO, IPO, ICO, IA etc)
2. Setting and shaping the vision and business strategy and pursuing innovation strategy in this space;
3. Lead and represent Capgemini BSv at analyst and market facing events and conferences (e.g. SSON) to generate new business in GBS area
4. Defining, owning the Capgemini’s value proposition in GBS area across all the functions, anticipating and responding to rapidly changing market needsDriving additional business for Capgemini by creating new revenue streams through GenAI and based on business outcomesBringing inspiration and new industry developments (e.g. Gen AI) to the clients and leading by example across the Group to bring the expertise forward on the account from transformation, delivery and technology
5. Delivering over and above to our clients and converting the customer delight into recognition and compensation for Capgemini
6. Bringing the Power of the Group to the client account and orchestrating other parts of the Group’s portfolio to deliver the outcomes to the client
7. Leading and shaping the market story on Capgemini’s value proposition
8. Leading partnerships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, 3rd parties, and employees
The successful GBSE must have a strategic mindset supported by a strong track record in driving the results and achieving measurable outcomes, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. The GBSE should also have a deep understanding of the industry and technology and people market dynamics.

1. Analysts rankings in GBS area
2. Revenue and sold margin
3. 2 x pull through deals > 50ME per annum
4. Create 30ME GBS advisory pipeline across the practice to convert 15ME+ business in 2024

Your skills and experience
9. English at CEFR Grade C1 (Advanced) or equivalent
10. Seasoned GBS leader with a proven track record in GBS industry in terms of advisory, GBS setup and GBS leadership
11. Very strong presentation and story telling skills
12. Deal-shaping experience and a successful track record in GBS transactions
13. Strong track record of driving offer development leading to results and achieving measurable outcomes
14. Excellent leadership and communication skills
15. Strategic mindset and out of the box thinking
