This Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager will operate remotely, covering Cambridge, Essex, East Anglia and Kent, focusing on driving business development and progressing management of key accounts for HVAC products such as Air Handling Units (AHU), fans, fan coils, chillers, dampers, diffusers and wider ventilation equipment directly into M&E Consultants. The ideal Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager will have strong experience in selling and managing key accounts for HVAC products including Air Handling Units (AHU), fans, fan coils, chillers, dampers and diffusers, with a strong focus on business development, particularly specification sales into M&E Consultants. Maintain and grow HVAC product sales of Air Handling Units (AHU), fans, fan coils, chillers, dampers and diffusers through demonstrations, exhibitions, and negotiations to achieve targets. Work closely with the Sales Director to offer technical expertise, implement sales strategies to customers. Consistently growing technical and professional knowledge through personal network and professional society participation. Strong relationship building skills with M&E Consultants. Operate fully remote, being able to travel across Cambridge, East Anglia, Essex and Kent for meetings, client discussions.Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager Requirements: Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, or similar role within the HVAC, mainly ventilation or air cooling, cooling industry areas. A technical qualification such as Apprentice-trained, HNC, HND, or Degree would be advantageous. Selling and management of key accounts within HVAC products, including Air Handling Units (AHU), fans, fan coils, chillers, dampers and diffusers Willingness to work fully remote from home with regular travel to engage with clients across Cambridge, East Anglia, Essex and Kent. Full clean driving license required
