We have a flexible go-to-market strategy, whether we appear as Publicis Commerce to clients or through one of our many agencies within the Groupe.
From strategy and organisational design to activation models, Publicis Commerce works across a number of exciting briefs, such as how clients can maximise visibility and sales on the digital shelf, best construct data-led relationships with retailers and how to effectively transform legacy organisational structures. Retail Media Senior Account Executive
This role focuses on delivering market-leading advertising campaign activation, optimisation and performance analysis for some of our key clients.
Once your initial training and onboarding are completed, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of your clients' advertising campaigns on various platforms, such as Amazon Ads, Epsilon Retail Media, Criteo Commerce Max and various other retail media channels, both online and in-store.
Responsibilities
* Activate and optimize advertising campaigns on Epsilon Retail Media, Criteo, Amazon Advertising, and more, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
* Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and new keywords to continually refine and grow client accounts.
* Train and mentor junior account executives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
* Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients during meetings or calls.
* Collaborate with clients to create effective media plans, providing accurate spend forecasts and actionable insights.
* Manage media investments, ensuring budgets are allocated effectively and reconciled accurately.
* Comfortably engage with clients via video conference, delivering compelling presentations and addressing queries to maintain strong client satisfaction.
* Support senior leadership in preparing quarterly business reviews, developing case studies, and participating in new business pitches.
* Attend regular internal trainings to enhance your knowledge of retail commerce and emerging technologies.
* Build and maintain relationships with key retail and technology partners (e.g., Amazon, Criteo, Nectar, Dunnhumby) to explore new opportunities for client campaigns.
Qualifications
* Experience in retail media / ecommerce OR strong experience in biddable media (search / social / programmatic) with a keen interest in retail & ecommerce.
* Take ownership over small projects, innovate, and take calculated risks to drive results.
* Comfortable diving deep into data sheets and Excel pivot tables to uncover insights that inform strategic decisions.
* Ability to confidently present to both internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients.
* Familiarity with acronyms: Understands terms such as SKU and ASIN, and proficient in online metrics like CPC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, ROI, AOV.
