Who we are looking for
Were looking for a dedicated and motivated Independent Living Co-ordinator to join our team, to deliver an Intensive Housing Management accommodation based service to vulnerable sheltered tenants, through a patch type service delivery.
Duties include reviewing tenant applications for housing, supporting the voids and allocations process, carrying out sign ups, weekly welfare checks, chairing tenant meetings and surgeries, helping tenants with tenancy sustainment, signposting tenants to third party agencies, maximising tenant income and taking part in the associations out of hours on call rota.
