About the role:
Join PwC's fast-growing MIP Advisory team We are seeking motivated and experienced professionals who want to be in the heart of the action, playing a critical role in our Deals ecosystem. Our specialist MIP Advisory team works across all sectors advising clients on the design and valuation of management incentive plans (MIPs), where we routinely support diverse clients on commercial elements that drive dealmaking.
Your role will involve assessing the value of businesses, shares, and assets for a diverse range of stakeholders and deal situations, collaborating with other Deals colleagues from due diligence, corporate finance, restructuring, tax, and other advisory teams to support strategic decisions that drive value for our clients.
We are a highly-tech enabled business that are on the cutting edge of using AI and dynamic, visual proprietary software to deliver distinctive client outcomes that support commercial design and value considerations.
What your days will look like:
* Manage project delivery, engaging frequently with a variety of clients across different sectors, and ensuring timely, quality outputs.
* Analyze business plans and sector dynamics using PwC's analytics tools, including MIP Advisory's proprietary technology platform.
* Guide and support junior team members through coaching and development.
* Collaborate closely and go to market with wider MIP Advisory and Deals teams to provide commercial insights and seamless advice to our clients

* This position is ideal for individuals who want to be forefront of discussions and analysis that critically impact deals, interacting with stakeholders from high profile clients at various stages including emerging tech start-ups, global financial institutions, sovereign wealth funds and private equity funds with diversified and sector focuses.
* We are a core part of the largest Valuations team in the UK, with our business and its growth trajectory providing clear career developmental and progression opportunities in a fast-paced and dynamic deals environment.
* Must possess an ACA or CFA Qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.
