The Blue Pigeons at Worth is seeking a dynamic and driven food & beverage Supervisor to lead the experience of our guests at our fine-dining venue, as we expand and redefine luxury dining in the region.

This is your chance to help us shape the identity of this stunning venue, leading our team alongside our Head Chef and the Deputy Hotel manager.
Tasks & Responsibilities: With responsibility for Food & Beverage operations, you'll be the heartbeat of our operation. You'll lead and inspire a passionate team, uphold the highest standards, and ensure every guest leaves with a magical experience worth sharing.
· Overseeing daily operations with precision and flair
· Recruiting, training, and inspiring a high-performing team
· Collaborating with the Head Chef and Senior Leadership on menu development and service innovation
· Managing budgets (including labour costs and forecasting) inventory management, and supplier relationships
· Driving revenue through exceptional guest experiences and strategic marketing
· Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
What We're Looking For
· Proven experience managing a high-end or accolade-level restaurant
· Demonstrate excellent knowledge of food and wine, with the ability to offer pairing with confidence
· A natural leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, being driven to motivate others to achieve their best
· Obsessed with detail, quality, and customer satisfaction, whilst remaining calm under pressure
· Commercially savvy with a strong grasp of financials and KPIs

Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
