Care Staff required
* Hourly rate of £12.21
Reporting to: Deputy Home Manager/Person in Charge
Job purpose: To assist in the provision of care and work as part of the team to achieve required standards. To ensure Service Users retain their dignity and individuality. To be involved in the general activities of the Care Centre. To maintain a safe and secure environment for Service Users, Staff Members and Visitors.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications
Required:
* Genuine interest in working with the relevant Service Users group
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
* Team player
* Satisfactory Policy Check and check against the PoVA list
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Willingness to participate in Vocational Training Programme
Desired:
* Previous experience of working with the relevant Service User group
* NVQ Level 2 in Care
Responsibilities
* Assist patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
* Implement care plans tailored to individual needs and preferences.
* Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress, adhering to NVQ standards.
* Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and family members regarding patient status.
* Drive to various locations as needed for home care services, ensuring safe transportation.
* Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance the well-being of patients.

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 48 per week
