About The Role

You’ll work closely with teams across the business – influencing decisions, pitching ideas, solving problems, and shaping how millions of customers discover the products they love. Here’s What You Can Expect To Be Doing
* You’ll work closely with our manufacturing partners to maintain and grow relationships
* Define shared marketing objectives with partners and oversee the delivery of bespoke programmes of activity
* Develop marketing strategies aligned to category growth plans, engaging with the wider business to communicate key initiatives
* Work collaboratively with the purchasing teams to achieve category and key brand growth targets and be on the constant look‑out for new revenue generating opportunities with our partners
* Leverage commercial data, web analytics and customer insight to identify areas of opportunity and trends within customers onsite and purchasing behaviours
* Assist in managing the trade marketing budget for the category, measuring and reporting on the performance against marketing plans
A Few Things About You
* A strong background in Trade marketing & account management
* Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, influence and build strong relationships across internal and external teams
* A proven ability to deliver brand‑awareness growth and commercial performance through well‑structured, insight‑led marketing strategies
* Strong commercial acumen, with the capability to interpret customer insights, analyse sales and performance data, and evaluate the ROI of campaigns and promotions
