An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Officer to join a prestigious boutique international law firm based in the heart of the City.
In this key role, you will be the go-to person for all Business Services recruitment in the London office. Working closely with an exceptional and supportive HR team, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and playing a crucial role in attracting top talent across a range of business services functions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage full-cycle recruitment for all Business Services roles across London
* Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, develop attraction strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process
* Build strong relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners
* Track, report, and analyse recruitment data to inform strategy
* Support wider HR projects and initiatives as needed
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role within professional services, ideally legal
* Strong stakeholder management skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
* A passion for delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience
