The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lead process. From developing conversion strategies and overseeing CRM data quality, to collaborating with internal stakeholders and coaching a Business Development Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven experience in lead management to step into a role where they can truly make an impact.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of up to £40k, plus a £2k quarterly bonus, 25 days holiday plus stats, health insurance plus more.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver lead generation and conversion strategies with measurable ROI
* Track and report weekly enquiry performance, ensuring 100% of outcomes are recorded in the CRM
* Qualify inbound enquiries and maximise conversion into instructions
* Maintain and monitor response time targets across all stages of the sales cycle
* Oversee CRM pipeline management, ensuring accuracy and progression of all leads
* Line manage and coach employees, setting KPIs and providing structured feedback
Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in a similar sales management role
* Communication skills: confident, articulate and persuasive
* Ability to use data and insight to make decisions
* CRM and marketing automation experience essential
* Organised, results-driven and able to manage performance for themselves and others
