The Role (What You’ll Be Doing)
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Candidate Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare candidates
• Source via job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and outbound calls
• Manage the full journey from registration through to placement
• Arrange interviews, feedback, and ongoing candidate support
• Negotiate pay rates and placement terms
• Provide market insights, training opportunities, and career guidance
• Keep regular contact with your active candidate pool
Client Management
• Deliver exceptional service to existing and new clients
• Understand client requirements and recruitment processes
• Submit suitable CVs and coordinate interviews
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders
• Support service reviews and client calls when needed
• Manage bookings, rates, and requirements effectively
Desk Development
• Generate candidate leads and referrals
• Work closely with Business Development, Compliance, Payroll, and Marketing
• Build your market knowledge within your specialist area
• Strengthen your professional presence on LinkedIn and social platforms
• Use internal recruitment systems to track pipeline and activity
Administration & Compliance
• Maintain accurate CRM records and notes
• Keep candidate/client details updated
• Support timesheet and payroll administration
• Follow all company procedures and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ambitious, motivated, and target-driven
• Confident speaking with candidates/clients over the phone
• Organised with great time management
• Resilient, positive, and proactive
• Recruitment or sales experience is beneficial (not essential)
• Healthcare recruitment experience is a bonus

Working Hours

Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:30pm
