We are currently recruiting for 1:1 SEN Learning Support Assistants to support pupils with additional needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.
Location: Schools across Amersham, Buckinghamshire
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: £33,075 – £50,471 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Contract Type: Full-Time, temp to perm
Your Role:
* Provide tailored 1:1 support to pupils with a range of SEN across Early Years, Primary and Secondary settings.
* Build strong, trusting relationships that help students feel safe and motivated.
* Support students with their learning, behaviour, and emotional regulation, using individualised strategies.
* Work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective support.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN is highly desirable.
* A patient, caring, and resilient approach to support learning and development.
* Ability to adapt to different school environments and pupil needs.
* A genuine passion for inclusive education and helping every child thrive.
