Job Description:

Protocol Education is a leading education recruitment agency, committed to providing quality staffing solutions to schools and educational institutions. We are currently seeking dynamic and dedicated individuals to join our team in schools across Buckinghamshire as Teaching Assistants.

Responsibilities:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the teaching and learning process. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

* Providing one-on-one or small group support to students in various subjects.
* Assisting the classroom teacher in the implementation of lesson plans and instructional activities.
* Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and adapting materials to meet their individual needs.
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Supervising students during class and break times.
* Collaborating with the teaching staff to assess and monitor student progress.

Requirements:

* Minimum of a high school diploma; a relevant qualification in education or child development is an advantage.
* Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience and a genuine passion for supporting the educational development of students.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
