Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a reputable property consultancy, to appoint to a busy pprogramme on a temporary contract. The successful candidate will conduct stock condition, RdSAP (Reduced Data Standard Assessment Procedure), and HHSRS (Housing Health & Safety Rating System) surveys across a range of properties. Key Responsibilities * Carry out stock condition surveys to assess the overall state of properties. * Conduct RdSAP energy assessments to evaluate energy performance. * Perform HHSRS assessments to identify potential hazards in line with housing regulations. * Record findings accurately using mobile survey software. * Provide recommendations for maintenance, improvement, and compliance. Requirements * Proven experience in conducting Stock Condition, RdSAP, and HHSRS surveys. * Relevant qualifications, such as DEA (Domestic Energy Assessor) or HHSRS certification. * Strong knowledge of housing standards, regulations, and energy efficiency. * Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively. * Access to own transport (if required for site visits)
