About the Role
We are working with a highly regarded professional services organisation undergoing significant growth, where technology plays a key role in delivering business success.
They are seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to join their IT team, responsible for delivering a high-quality, secure, and reliable end user experience across the business.
This is a hands-on 3rd line role within a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and support end user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices)
* Provide 3rd line support for EUC-related issues
* Manage and support Microsoft 365 services (including OneDrive)
* Administer endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM, Autopilot)
* Maintain standard operating environments and device configurations
* Package and deploy applications across the organisation
* Monitor and optimise user experience using DEX tools (e.g. Nexthink)
* Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts
* Ensure endpoint security, compliance, and best practice standards
* Support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments and image management
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in an EUC / Desktop Engineering role
* Strong knowledge of Windows 11 & Microsoft 365
* Experience with Intune, SCCM, Autopilot
* Solid understanding of Active Directory & Azure AD
* Experience with application packaging and deployment
* PowerShell scripting for automation
* Mobile Device Management (iOS) experience
* Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software
* Experience supporting users in a professional services environment
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Desirable:
* Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
* Exposure to Digital Employee Experience tools (e.g. Nexthink)
* Experience with enterprise laptop environments (Dell/Lenovo)
* Knowledge of document management systems (e.g. iManage)
