Experienced Service Advisor needed in a Main dealership near Solihull
We are working with a Main dealership who are actively looking for an Experienced Service Advisor to join there friendly team.
Job Role – Vehicle Service Advisor
Salary – £22k-26k Depending on experience PLUS bonus
Hours: Mon-Fri 8.00-6.00 Saturdays 9am-4pm on Rota
Service Advisor Duties include:
1. Ensuring customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner
2. Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
3. Sell additional products as appropriate to customers’ needs
4. Advise on timescales and collection arrangements
5. Produce job cards on in-house computer system
6. Update customer and vehicle records
7. Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy
8. Preparation and completion of invoices
For this Service Advisor position you will have:
9. Previous experience working as a Service Advisor within a motor garage or dealership
10. Full driving licence
11. Excellent communication skills
12. Excellent Customer Service skills
As a Service Advisor you will ensure the highest standard of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.
