Hours: 45 hour 8-5 Monday to Friday + call out (Max 1in 4)
Pay: Salary starting from £35-45k DOE + Call out and overtime = OTE £60k

Role HIU commissioning, servicing and repair and fault finding.
• Communicating professionally and courteously with clients and delivering a first in class service. Generating accurate and timely site reports within our PDA system.
Participating in manufacturer and in-house training to achieve the industry recognised qualifications required to carry out the role to the highest standards.
Adhering to Health and Safety regulations and working safely at all times. The role may include some working away from home for short periods.

Full UK Driving License (essential).
NVQ L2 Plumbing & Heating.
NVQ L3 Plumbing & Heating desired.
Previous plumbing and/or heating experience.
Knowledge of heat networks and previous experience of HIU commissioning, servicing, repair and fault finding would be desirable.
A technical aptitude, with an interest in low carbon technologies.
Excellent customer service skills are essential.
Time management and prioritisation skills are essential.
Excellent communication and team working skills.
