Employee recognition programmes Responsibilities: As a Sales Supervisor, you will:
Coordinate and accurately action all quotes and orders.
Ensure prompt responses to the Sales inbox and phone calls.
Oversee daily completion of quotation updates.
Drive sales growth through strategic initiatives.
Provide clarity and training on processes, including returns.
Lead and evaluate the performance of the sales team.
Foster a customer-centric atmosphere within the department.
Assist in recruitment, training, and employee retention efforts.
Engage with customers and represent the company at trade shows.
Present weekly sales statistics and identify growth opportunities.
Compile annual sales reports highlighting variances and prospects.
Respond to queries from senior management regarding sales and stock.

Proven leadership and management skills.
