#As a Senior EdTech Account Manager, you will:
Manage and grow a portfolio of key education clients (schools, colleges, universities, MATs, and/or government education bodies).
Identify and close new business opportunities while nurturing long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with pre-sales, customer success, and technical teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Stay up to date with EdTech trends, regulatory changes, and funding frameworks (e.g., Proven success in account management or solution sales within the EdTech or SaaS sector.
Experience managing complex accounts, ideally in multi-site or public sector environments.
Knowledge of cloud-based education platforms and compute/infrastructure-as-a-service offerings.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
