Position Overview

Responsibilities
* Troubleshooting of deep technical issues
* Solve Tier2/Tier3 connectivity problems in the telecom domain
* Participate in troubleshooting sessions with customers and other floLIVE teams
* Following up on technical queries and providing prompt feedback
* Follow agreed SLAs
Qualifications:
* Deep understanding of mobile core networks (2G/3G/4G/5G)
* Experience with Telecom networks – (HLR/HSS; GGSN/PGW; Diameter; GTP; SIGTRAN) is an Advantage
* Experience with the European MNO market is an advantage
* Experience with solving IoT devices/Connectivity issues
* Excellent customer relation expertise
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions
* Excellent communication skills: Capable of explaining technical issues and successes to other members of the team and the clients.
* Creating documentation: We follow a strict documentation process
* Improvement focus: Have a proven ability to learn new technologies and put them into practice.
* Fluent written and spoken English - a MUST
