Clinical Site Specialist
Germany, Spain, or UK Remote (with travel)
I’m working with a growing biotech who are looking to bring on a Clinical Site Specialist to support their global clinical trials.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to sites and investigators, building strong relationships, and playing a key role in ensuring studies run smoothly and efficiently.
What you’ll be doing:
* Building and maintaining relationships with investigators, site staff, and key stakeholders
* Supporting site feasibility, selection, and start-up activities
* Working closely with CROs and internal teams to ensure smooth study delivery
* Contributing to recruitment strategies, site engagement, and overall study performance
* Supporting monitoring oversight and helping resolve site-level issues
* Participating in site visits and investigator interactions
What they’re looking for:
* Background in clinical research (site, CRO, or sponsor side)
* Good understanding of monitoring and clinical trial operations
* Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
* Flexible, proactive mindset and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to travel (~30%)
