We seek a passionate Teacher of Maths to join our successful and collaborative Mathematics department. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and challenge students across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially Key Stage 5, helping them to achieve their full potential in this vital subject.
This post would be suitable for an outstanding ECT or an experienced colleague looking for a new challenge. Maths is part of our high-performing team, which achieves consistently strong results.
Maternity Cover Details - This post is to provide maternity leave cover from 17 November 2025 (or January ’26 if preferred), working 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The position is temporary for one year, ending on 13 November 2026, or on the working day immediately prior to the return of the substantive post holder, whichever occurs first.
As outlined in the job and person specification, the successful candidate will:
1. Deliver engaging, high-quality mathematics lessons that cater to a range of abilities.
2. Contribute to the development of an ambitious and innovative mathematics curriculum.
3. Support students’ academic and personal growth through effective teaching and pastoral care.
4. Collaborate with colleagues in our mathematics department to share resources and best practices.
