Job Title: Psychology Graduate - Based in Dartford

Job Duties:
1. Assist in the implementation of educational and behavioural strategies
2. Support students with special educational needs in a classroom setting
3. Conduct assessments and provide feedback to teachers and parents
4. Collaborate with educational professionals to develop individualised plans
Required Qualifications:
5. Graduate degree in Psychology or related field
6. Experience working with children or young adults
7. Knowledge of behavioural interventions and educational psychology
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology
Experience:
Previous experience working in educational settings preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
8. Understanding of child development and learning theories
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
11. Additional training in special educational needs
12. Experience with behaviour management techniques
Working Conditions:
13. Work primarily in a school or educational institution
14. May involve working with students with challenging behaviours
15. Full-time hours, temporary position
