Our Fife based client are looking for an Administrator to join their well established team. You will be managing various administrative tasks within the department, including but not limited to the managing of the proposal development process, from identifying RFP opportunities to submission, to secure new business opportunities. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information, create compelling proposals, and ensure timely submission. Your key duties will include : Administration of commercial tasks as directed by the Senior Operations Manager Gather, organise, and write content for proposals, ensuring that it addresses the client's needs and is in line with the company's messaging and value proposition. Ensure that proposals meet all requirements outlined in the RFP and follow company branding and style guidelines. Maintain a centralised repository of proposal templates, boilerplate content, and supporting documents. Monitor proposal outcomes, gather feedback, and contribute to debriefing sessions to continuously improve the proposal process. Ensure that proposals are submitted in a timely and organised manner, including both physical and electronic submissions if required.
