It's garden is a real draw for locals with an additional 150 covers and a self-contained external bar, this has been classed as one of the best gardens in the local area. There is also a large car park to the front of the pub.Inside there are two main trading areas - a large bar area which attracts more drinkers with gaming machines, comfy seating and a TV and a dining area with an open fire place, both served by an large L shaped bar. The Ash Tree has weekly takings of approx. £16,000 on average but huge potential to comfortably deliver between £25,000 - £28,000 per week. It is currently 58% food and 42% wet.
