Solution Designer Job Description: We're looking for a Solution Designer to help shape the future of our Payroll and HR SaaS platform. In this role, you'll act as the bridge between product strategy and delivery, ensuring we build solutions that solve real customer pain points, address compliance needs, and deliver seamless user experiences. You'll partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders across the business to define clear, valuable requirements and lead the translation of user needs into high-impact product features. This is a key role in turning strategic vision into actionable work that directly improves outcomes for professional users in payroll and HR. This is a hybrid position - you will work 3 days a week from our Newcastle office. Key Responsibilities: Must-Have Skills - Experience leading solution design or business analysis for B2B SaaS platforms - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure and document requirements clearly - Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complex features - Familiarity with agile workflows and product backlog management - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills - Background or interest in Payroll and HR domains - Ability to balance user needs, compliance requirements, and business priorities - Fluency in English; Spanish fluency is a plus Nice-to-have skills - Experience in SaaS HR/payroll systems - Familiarity with compliance-driven environments - Technical awareness of software development lifecycles and constraints Benefits?
