Capacity Planner Salary circa £36,000 12 Month Fixed Term Contract We have an exciting opportunity for a Capacity Planner to join our team on a 12 Month fixed term contract. This is a great job for an experienced and tenacious individual who wants to make a real difference to our business by supporting our customer service areas work and organize their staffing resources If you have a passion for data and want to influence a better customer journey by making sure we have a robust resourcing planning in place that will support the future view of Aviva's operations front line teams and their strategy. You will have the opportunity to work alongside multiple support teams to help influence their decision making on future resourcing needs. If you think this is something that you could make a difference in, this could be the job for you A bit about the job: You will get to own and be responsible for your own plans to determine the resource capacity needed by the organisation to meet the ever-changing needs of the customer, working closely with business leads to ensure that they are informed on their requirements needed to run their operation effectively. You will provide accurate views of resource by maintaining capacity plans, liaise with Head of Business's and business leads to understand the business area and needs, while working with change leads to calculate benefits and savings, and you will be relied upon to feed in information to finance to validate the resource budgets and identifying areas of improvement in capacity planning. Skills and experience we're looking for: Previous experience as a Capacity Planner and excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to relay information to varying levels of internal colleagues Proficient in using MS Office Excel with the ability to create data visualizations, dashboards, and reporting Strong numeracy, statistical and reporting skills with the ability to analyze, interpret and manage information, data, and trends Excellent communication skills and strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to self-motivate and be able to work as part of a team What you'll get for this role: Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow - is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
