My client is a leading B2B marketing agency operating in the food & drink industry.
As Marketing Account Executive, you'll be responsible for the day to day on a key retained client account while supporting the wider Client Services team with project management to ensure all work is delivered on brand, on brief, and on time, every time.
⭐️ This role is part-time (25 hour working week) - ideal pattern is 5 hours per day Mon-Fri - flexible on hours.
⭐️ 2 days in the Surrey HQ.
⭐️ Initially a 6 month FTC (looking to go perm!)
⭐️ Up to £28k (pro-rata p/t salary approx £17,500)

The Role
* Project-manage client jobs and/or projects to ensure deadlines are met.
* Plan and coordinate studio workflow, managing resource allocation and job scheduling.
* Support with the delivery and execution of all client briefs on time and in full.
* Provide and prepare regular internal and client timelines, status updates and data reports.
* Engage in weekly client calls to support with studio planning and job updates.
* Collaborate on work relationships with internal teams and third parties.
* Support the Client Services team with ad-hoc administration.
The Person
* Ideally at least 6-12 months in a similar Marketing, Account Exec or Project Management role or placement.
* Proficient in Excel and GoogleSheets to aid planning and tracking.
* Able to multitask and prioritise workload.
* A real team player who works to build and maintain relationships.
* Able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail at pace.
* Problem-solving mindset.
* A strong positive attitude and glass-half-full mentality.
