Payroll Administrator

You will contribute to the daily operations of the payroll department. You will work within payroll guidelines with available development and support from the team.
You will report to the Payroll & TAA Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
* Input of all permanent and temporary data on the payroll system both manually and by interface uploads
* Receive and resolve employee payroll queries
* Produce monthly payroll reports
* Produce ad-hoc data and statistics using appropriate information
* Ad-hoc project work both individual and team
* Any other relevant tasks
Qualifications
* Ability to provide accuracy and attention to detail at all times
* Previous payroll experience
* Excellent computer literacy and keyboard skills (in particular Excel and Outlook)
* A clear and concise communicator both written and verbal
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise work
