We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. * Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Support with daily activities including meal prep, medication, and mobility.
* Develop and follow care plans tailored to individual needs.
* Maintain accurate records and report changes to staff.
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
* Support clients to appointments and social activities.
* Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met.
* Participate in ongoing training to improve skills.
Qualifications
* Minimum 6 months experience in a care home setting.
* Strong English communication skills, verbal and written.
* Ability to understand and implement care plans.
* Basic IT skills for documentation.
* Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help.
* Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
