Digital Marketing Officer (Marketing Executive)
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week (part time hours considered)
* Location: Hybrid role (Tuesdays at Peace Hospice, Fridays at Rennie House in Tring, remaining three days working from home; with occasional on-site meetings)
* Salary: £29,027 per annum (pro rata)

The role of Digital Marketing Officer is in place to support the delivery of digital campaigns and content across email, website, paid advertising and reporting. Working closely with the Senior Digital & Performance Manager, Senior Digital Marketing Officer and wider marketing team, you'll help coordinate and deliver projects aligned to the organisational strategy.
You will therefore need to demonstrate your abilities in the following areas:
* Support the planning, delivery, and day-to-day management of digital marketing campaigns and projects, working closely with the Senior Digital & Performance Manager and teams across the organisation.
* You'll contribute ideas for digital implementation and performance evaluation, helping ensure activity aligns with the marketing roadmap and organisational priorities.
* Build and update webpages using WordPress, ensuring they are engaging, user-friendly, accurate, free from errors, and optimised for search engines (SEO).
* Work closely with internal experts to ensure all marketing campaigns are informed by database insights and patient/supporter behaviour.
* Working with external website support to help deliver upgrades and enhancements to the website
* Create and send engaging email campaigns using Engaging Networks and monitor the performance
* Acting as a Rennie Grove Peace ambassador within the community.
