HEALTH & SAFETY / COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR\nBRENTFORD\nSALARY UP TO £40K DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE\nOur client is looking for a Compliance Administrator to join their team based at their well-established private sector construction services company in Brentford, Middlesex.\nThe role of Compliance Administrator involves the following tasks.\nResponsibilities\n * Manage, monitor, and maintain RISQS certification.\n * Maintaining Integrated Management System accreditations for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ensuring periodic audits are scheduled and completed to ensure ongoing compliance.\n * Maintain and monitor various Client / Accreditation portals.\n * Maintain the company’s Management System procedures, policies and documentation.\n * Make sure that all Right to work documents are in place\n * Organise H&S training for operatives\n * Periodically, review policies, procedures and update as necessary to recognise legislation and/or changing industry requirements.\n * Ensure all sites are subject to surveillance, inspection and audits as per an agreed master schedule, records kept, and data uploaded into the appropriate systems.\n * Assist in PPQ Submissions for tenders / bids when required.\nRequirements\n * Confident communicator who is capable of leading on compliance as well as quality assurance and environmental performance – ensuring compliance and accreditations for all aspects.\n * Good interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships.\n * Ability to work on own initiative with a minimum of supervision.\n * Ability to problem solve and identify practical solutions.\n * Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and the ability to deal with confidential information in an appropriate manner.\nShould you be interested in this amazing Compliance Administrator role, please submit your CV to Anna Maguire.\nWhilst we will endeavour to contact you following your response, occasionally due to the high volume of applications this cannot always be possible and we are only able to contact shortlisted candidates.
