In this role, you will lead curriculum design and delivery across the Motor Vehicle department, manage and mentor a team of lecturers and assessors, drive outstanding learner outcomes, lead employer engagement, and contribute to shaping the department’s strategic direction with backing from a supportive senior leadership team.

The Role
* Lead and manage the Motor Vehicle department, including curriculum design and delivery
* Manage, mentor, and develop a team of lecturers and assessors
* Drive employer engagement and maintain strong industry links
* Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week — with management training and development support provided
* Clear pathway to further senior leadership progression
The Person
* Background in Motor Vehicle; industry experience and/or teaching experience
* Hold a Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification (or equivalent)
* Teaching or assessor qualification (or working towards one)
* Commutable to Accrington
* Ready to step up into a leadership or management role
