Job Description

Building and nurturing B2B relationships with local corporates, event planners, and travel buyers
*
Driving room, event, and meeting space sales at the Calcot site and regional properties
*
Developing and executing sales plans aligned with occupancy, ADR, and revenue goals
*
Representing the hotels at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings
*
Collaborating with marketing teams to support campaigns and promotions
*
Reporting on KPIs, pipeline, and market trends to senior leadership
The Successful Applicant
*
Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales, ideally at a regional or property level
*
Strong commercial acumen and a track record of achieving revenue targets
*
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*
Confidence working independently and travelling across the region
*
Knowledge of the Reading/Thames Valley corporate landscape is a plus
