To be successful as a Strategic Adoption Execution Lead, you should have experience with:
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, build alignment, and support strategy-making through constructive dialogue and collaboration.
* Experience in data evaluation, with the ability to extract meaningful insights to support discussions with application stakeholders.
* Solid understanding of platform infrastructure products, including operating systems and databases, gained through experience in technology-focused roles.

Purpose of the role
To support the implementation of major changes and improvements to the organization’s IT service management practices by driving strategic initiatives to modernize, transform, and future-proof how the bank delivers and supports technology services.
Accountabilities
* Establish KPIs to measure the success and impact of specific transformation programs, and actively monitor these KPIs to identify ongoing effectiveness, areas for improvement within the IT service management framework, and mitigate potential issues.
* Analyze emerging IT service management tools and platforms to determine if they support the bank’s transformation goals and future needs.
* Manage the selection and seamless implementation of new tools and platforms into IT service management processes, overseeing data migration from legacy systems to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
* Develop and communicate change management strategies, visions, and goals through workshops, sessions, and communication channels to highlight the benefits of modernization and transformation efforts.
* Prioritize initiatives based on their impact, resource availability, and feasibility, and develop clear execution plans for each project to ensure successful implementation.
