At Diversity Travel we work with some of the world's largest charities and academic institutions who carry out vital projects in some of the most challenging environments on the globe. Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Business Travel Consultant to work Evenings / Out of Hours. The hours of work will be on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, working hours: 9pm to 7am, Length of Break: 1 hour
We are currently also looking for an experienced Business Travel Consultant to work a combination of midweek and weekend shifts. You will work an average of 34.25 hours per week, split between 3 days midweek plus alternate weekends. This will be a shift of 8.75 hours every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (we can be flexible with times between 7am - 9pm). You will also work Saturday and Sunday every alternate weekend (9 hour shift between 7am - 9pm). Shift times include a 1 hour break.
In this home-based (UK) role, you will provide a fantastic service to Not-for-Profit, Academic and Charity clients, booking flights, hotels and car hire and providing advice in relation to travel visas. We are therefore looking for a highly experienced consultant with a good working knowledge of reservations and fares gained within a TMC environment.
* Base salary up to £34k (depends on experience), plus OTE bonus up to £4k (links to performance)

Job Requirements
* A passion for travel with demonstrable energy and self-motivation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to deal with clients over the phone and via email
* Experience dealing with high volumes of email and call requests processing complex travel bookings
* Previous experience working as a Business Travel Consultant
* Good CRS knowledge - Galileo preferable
* The ability to achieve individual and team targets
