MSK Band 5 Radiographer

We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated radiographer to join our friendly, social, and dynamic Radiology team at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre in Oxford.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your clinical experience in musculoskeletal imaging. Our busy orthopaedic radiology department conducts various general and specialist orthopaedic examinations. Radiographers rotate through general x-ray, fluoroscopy, and theatre settings, with an additional opportunity to rotate in our bone densitometry suite.
Main duties of the job
All staff work four days per week across seven days, covering on-call shifts from home during evenings, nights, and weekends. The role involves maintaining high standards of image quality and diagnostic imaging, mentoring and supporting student radiographers, and participating in the on-call rota for evenings and weekends.

Job responsibilities

You should possess a BSc qualification in radiography with experience in orthopaedics. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and as part of a team are essential.
