To support and drive sales in partnership with your store management team by supervising all daily selling activities and leading the sales team. As a Senior Sales you will be responsible for modelling outstanding customer service and driving sales As a Luxottica ambassador you will understand and bring to life the Luxottica characteristics and the Sunglass Hut culture.

Job Scope

Major Duties & Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
* Achieve high levels of sales performance and results
* Ensure all operating policies and procedures are followed at the highest level to include merchandising and store presentation, timely and accurate implementation of approved marketing initiatives
* Play a key part in asset protection training and reporting
* Ensure accurate operation of the POS system and account for all transactions (cash, credit, returns)
* Address associate concerns in a reasonable and fair manner consistent with the Company values
