Job overview Finance Business Partner We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic professional to join our Financial Management Team at North West Anglia NHS FT. Reporting to the Divisional Head of Finance, the post holder will provide effective and professional financial leadership working alongside our Divisions. The Finance Business Partners play a critical role working alongside divisional leadership teams, clinical and wider corporate colleagues supporting delivery of the annual and strategic objectives. The Finance Business Partner will act as the strategic financial lead for one or more Divisions / Business Units providing high quality financial information, support and advice. The post holder will oversee the production of monthly management accounts and other standard finance reports / dashboards to inform management decision making. As an integral member of the divisional leadership team the post holder will be expected to work closely with Clinicians and Managers across the Trust and will be committed to constantly seeking ways to improve the processes that they oversee.
