Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about supporting learners on their apprenticeship journey? CITB is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Apprenticeship Processing Administrator to join our dynamic team.
Location: Hybrid working, approximately two days per week from the office, NCC Scotland, Inchinnan, Scotland, PA4 9RQ
Hours of Work: Full-time
Working Pattern: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent
Grade: TM2
Target Salary: £28,784 per annum
What You’ll Be Doing
* Process candidate records, contracts, and documentation in line with agreed procedures and service standards
* Coordinate key processing stages from registration to completion, ensuring timely and accurate data entry
* Respond to routine queries from internal and external contacts, escalating complex matters as needed
* Maintain accurate records to support audit, compliance, and funding requirements
* Support the team with administrative duties including reports, correspondence, and communications
* Identify and suggest improvements to processes and systems
Your Experience
* Clear and confident communicator — written, verbal, and face-to-face
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a structured environment
* Experience using databases and Microsoft Office applications
* Customer-focused with a positive approach to working relationships
* Organised and able to manage workload to meet deadlines
* Experience in a compliance-led or regulated environment
* Familiarity with apprenticeship delivery or educational/training settings
* Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures to ensure quality outcomes
