* Champion quality improvement, using outcomes and feedback to iterate pathways.
* Assess, treat, monitor and evaluate the progress of children’s Occupational Therapy treatment, considering holistic and developmental needs.
* Manage own caseload and balance clinical work with non‑clinical tasks.
* Facilitate the improvement and development of the full range of functions (cognitive, sensory, physical, interpersonal and intrapersonal) through Occupational Therapy Assessment and Treatment.
* Provide specialist knowledge and skills in dealing with the needs of children and young people with additional physical disabilities, challenging behaviour and sensory impairments.
* Work flexibly across the week, including some evening availability, to be there when it matters most.
* All positions are pan‑Dorset and may involve a temporary base during the transitional phase.
* Role will evolve alongside the development of the service, supporting existing teams while new structures are implemented.
