Project Manager - Retail Fit-Out & Refurbishment Location: London & South East Site-Based: Croydon 2-3 days/week, remainder in London office Salary: £400 - £500 per day (DOE) About the Role: We are recruiting on behalf of a leading construction contractor for their expanding fit-out and refurbishment division. This team delivers high-quality CAT A, CAT B, and turnkey projects across commercial, retail, education, and workplace sectors throughout London and the South East. This role is based in Croydon, leading a team of 3 Construction Managers and the wider site team. It’s an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of complex, high-quality projects while working in a supportive, professional environment.
